The plan is simple, keeping people in their homes, helping small businesses stay open,
and making a more affordable future for our families and neighbors.
Brandon Patterson is a lifelong Staten Islander, raised in a hard working and union middle-class family. A product of New York’s public school systems, Brandon has his Bachelors in Political Science from SUNY Albany and his Masters in Public Administration from Baruch.
Brandon’s knowledge of how government works is unmatched on Staten Island and Brooklyn. He has built his career on ensuring government works for the people, securing thousands of dollars in rebates for homeowners and renters, ensuring overdevelopment does not ruin neighborhoods, and fighting for small businesses against bureaucracy. His dedication to ensuring a better Staten Island and Brooklyn has not gone unnoticed, Brandon was recognized as a rising star, 20 under 40 twice from the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation, as well as State Government Employee of the Year.
His neighbors in Staten Island and Bay Ridge deserve a champion who knows how to reach across the aisle, be an independent voice, and most importantly, will have a seat at the table to be the voice for them in Albany.
